The Customer accepts responsibility to check the item for damage before signing for collection. We do not hold any responsibility for the damage in transit. If you wish to purchase additional cover for your item to insure it for the full value, please contact us prior to completing your order and we will obtain a quotation on your behalf.

All parts are brand new. We check all products before shipping.

Any packaging in the listing pictures may not be included as to save costs for postage to help our customers.

Professional install recommend as instructions are not given.

Voko Racing  is not approved by or otherwise related to (Audi, BMW, Mercedes, VW, Ford, Land Rover, Mini & others). Our products / accessories are not genuine “OEM” parts  manufactured by or with the approval of any of the brand mentioned above. Our products are an alternative intended to replace OEM genuine parts as provided for in Artice 110 (1) EU Regulation 6/2002. Manufacturers trademark and original references are intended for technical use only indicating the vehicle model for which a spare part maybe used. All registered trademark or trademarks which are provided as references on this website are the property of their respective owners.

“Aftermarket parts” are divided into two categories: replacement parts and accessories.

Replacement parts are automotive parts built or re-manufactured to replace OEM parts. Accessories are parts made for comfort, convenience, performance or customization, and are designed for add-on after the original sale of the motor vehicle.

Aftermarket parts are “NOT” original equipment manufacturer (OEM) therefore for any approvals or manufacture warranties please consult with the car manufacturer before purchasing or fitting parts.
